Processing and Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 10 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
After your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days within the continental United States. Total time from order to delivery is generally 7 to 14 business days.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer. International shipping times vary by destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@herreserve.co.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 calendar days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@herreserve.co and we'll investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. However, if your package is confirmed lost, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has entered fulfillment. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
