Our 90-Day Guarantee
We believe in Still Sharp enough to give you a full 90 days to decide if it's working for you. If you've taken Still Sharp consistently for 90 days and feel like it hasn't helped, contact us at contact@herreserve.co to request a refund. We'll process a full refund to your original payment method. No hoops.
Please note: cognitive supplements like Still Sharp are designed to build over time. Many of the key ingredients, including Bacopa and Phosphatidylserine, take 8 to 12 weeks to reach their full effect. We chose a 90-day window specifically so you have time to experience the product as it was designed to work.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at contact@herreserve.co within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How Refunds Work
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please reach out to us at contact@herreserve.co.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns of opened dietary supplements. Our 90-day guarantee is a refund policy, not a return-and-ship-back policy. You do not need to return the product to receive your refund under our guarantee.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Contact us at contact@herreserve.co to initiate a cancellation.
